TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for the Door-to-Door channel, making it competitive and profitable. You will drive the go-to-market vision for our Future Friendly Home, SmartHome Security, and Mobility portfolios, developing strategy using market research and data to influence executive decisions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with marketing teams to advise on channel offer effectiveness and develop customized strategies for the D2D channel.
- Use primary and secondary market research and competitive analysis to recommend solutions for existing or new product offerings.
- Analyze market, customer, regulatory, and technology trends; create structured business plans and present recommendations to senior leaders.
- Develop and implement product strategies and tactics related to pricing, bundling, positioning, placement, promotion, and customer needs.
- Build comprehensive business cases evaluating revenue, margin, and cost implications of proposed GTM initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate product performance relative to sales and marketing objectives and recommend course corrections.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, or sales leadership.
- Intermediate financial acumen with demonstrated business casing capability.
- Ability to assess revenue, margin, and cost trade-offs within product and pricing decisions.
- Analytical capability with experience leveraging performance and market data.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation capability.
Nice to Have
- Previous sales channel experience.
- Familiarity with TELUS Future Friendly Home (FFH), SmartHome Security (SHS), and Mobility portfolios.
