Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus eight years of experience, master's degree plus seven years, or PhD with three years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the creation and implementation of technical product strategies guided by user research, delivering clear business results within regulated settings.
- Extensive collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Architecture.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, product discovery models such as Lean and Dual-Track Agile, and performance measurement using OKRs and KPIs.
- Proven success integrating compliance and regulatory standards into digital product development.
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, understanding user needs, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- History of successfully launching new products from concept through delivery and advancing growth-phase initiatives.
- Self-motivated professional with experience turning customer insights into strategic product direction.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster trust and alignment across complex, matrixed teams.
- Active interest in emerging technology trends, particularly the use of AI to drive innovation in platform engineering and developer experience.
Nice to Have
- Background in highly regulated sectors, particularly pharmaceuticals or healthcare, with knowledge of GxP, SOX, GDPR, and similar regulations.
- Proven experience in Compliance-as-a-Product, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, or related fields.
- Skill in prioritizing work and operating effectively amid uncertainty in fast-moving environments.
