Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for product areas including API integrations and partner-driven quoting capabilities.
- Translate high-level business objectives into clear technical requirements, adapting quickly when priorities change or direction is unclear.
- Establish measurable KPIs to evaluate product success and guide decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing data patterns, initiating action before issues are raised by stakeholders.
- Conduct continuous research as a core practice to inform product decisions and validate assumptions.
- Serve as the primary product contact for a dedicated engineering team and its stakeholders, with the authority to guide deliverables.
- Maintain and prioritize backlogs, manage planning cycles, and ensure a consistent flow of ready-to-develop work.
- Ensure all delivered features meet quality standards expected by users and internal partners.
- Engage in discussions to improve internal processes and workflows across teams.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up research, analysis, and reporting, freeing time for strategic thinking.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation to improve clarity and knowledge sharing for current and future team members.
- Work closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to align on timing and product focus.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to share knowledge, seek feedback, and continuously grow professionally.
