Jerry.ai is hiring a Senior Product Designer to build and refine our consumer-facing product experience. You'll own features end-to-end, contribute to our design system, and help shape the culture and operations of our growing design team.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end feature design from concept to launch and subsequent iterations based on real user data.
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to explore and validate ideas.
- Help define and evolve our visual design system across mobile, web, and other platforms.
- Use research, user feedback, and testing to refine designs post-launch.
- Contribute to how design operates, from team rituals to documentation and tooling.
- Raise the bar for craft across the company through strong visual and interaction design.
What We're Looking For
- High visual standards and comfort refining and working within design systems.
- Comfortable with agency-style speed and broader ownership of product areas.
- Curious, thoughtful, and deeply empathic to user needs and motivations.
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments and skilled at working through complexity.
- Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Familiarity with consumer-facing products and platform design systems for iOS, Android, and web.
