RYZ Labs is looking for a Senior UX Designer to champion user-centered design and craft intuitive experiences for our digital products. You will own the end-to-end design process, from research to execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for key product initiatives.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and strategy.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality experiences.
- Establish and advocate for design best practices and a consistent design language.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX/product design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and shipped work for complex digital products.
- Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
