Staff4Me is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to produce visually compelling work aligned with client brands and goals, while managing multiple projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

Develop engaging visual concepts and creative deliverables for multi-channel marketing campaigns
Handle end-to-end execution of projects involving brand design, copy, digital technology, and layout
Work on various formats including print materials, digital ads, email blasts, social content, screensavers, and signage
Translate strategic goals and client needs into creative and effective visual solutions
Ensure consistency in branding across all materials and platforms
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute actionable, innovative ideas
Collaborate with vendors when needed for print production
Maintain flexibility and autonomy while meeting deadlines and project expectations

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, flexible depending on portfolio strength
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Solid portfolio showcasing a variety of work including logos, brand systems, digital ads, print, and social media content
Experience working with established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Clear communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude
English proficiency required
