Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Product Designer, Consumer to shape the future of consumer crypto experiences. You will own projects end-to-end, from early concept through to polished execution, translating complex Web3 and DeFi technologies into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end user experiences for consumer-facing products with a focus on DeFi and wallet applications.
Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, accessible interfaces that empower users.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and align on solutions.
Build and maintain scalable interaction patterns, design systems, and workflows that support rapid growth.
Use data and research insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
Contribute to the development of a strong design culture through mentorship, critique, and raising quality standards.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of product design experience, including roles at venture-backed startups.
Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products.
Experience designing across multiple stages of growth, from early startup to scaling maturity.
Strong visual design skills demonstrated through shipped products.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take initiative and lead projects in ambiguous settings.
Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining design rationale to cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated hunger for learning and self-driven professional growth.

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, crypto, or marketplace domains.
Genuine interest or experience in crypto, DeFi, wallets, and decentralized protocols.
