1100 Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Designer to champion the user experience vision for our B2B Legal Solutions software product line. You will create intuitive interfaces for products spanning AI, cloud, and web technology, working collaboratively with product and engineering partners.
What You'll Do
- Create intuitive and engaging UI designs for Epiq Legal Solutions software products.
- Engage with business leaders, product teams, and clients to understand objectives, requirements, and user needs.
- Translate objectives and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using standard design tools like Figma.
- Lead usability feedback sessions with clients and internal teams to refine designs.
- Maintain and develop design standards and ensure consistency across all products, working with a Storybook design system.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and data scientists to ensure code alignment with design.
What We're Looking For
- BS in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience designing complex interfaces for B2B web and cloud software products.
- Advanced skills in design and prototyping software using Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment, using Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working directly with developers in a collaborative team to adapt to changing needs.
- Knowledge of and experience with usability feedback methods.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing AI products considered a plus.
- Design experience in the Legal industry or enterprise software preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 USD annually.
