Enroute is looking for a UX Designer with a strong focus on User Interface (UI) design to join our team. You will design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces while ensuring our digital products are user-friendly, inclusive, and accessible to all users. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to create seamless user experiences across our web platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
- Apply usability best practices to improve user flows and interactions.
- Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Contribute to and maintain design documentation and component libraries.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects for web platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher).
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
