Multiplica Talent is looking for a Visual Designer to define the visual expression and interface design for our digital products and services. You will translate brand guidelines and design systems into clear, functional visual solutions aligned with an omnichannel strategy.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of proven experience as a Visual Designer or UI Designer.
Demonstrable UI design skills with a solid portfolio of multiple projects.
Experience in Motion Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, defining patterns and components, responsive web design, and app design.
Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
Experience using prototyping and interface design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of visual flows in interfaces beyond App, Web, and ATM.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, Design Thinking, Human Centered Design.
