Multiplica Talent is looking for a UX Designer to join our team. We are agents of change creating the organizations of the future. In this role, you will analyze user interaction scenarios, design digital products, and work with emerging technologies.

What You'll Do

Analyze and design interaction scenarios for people using products and services, especially in digital, hybrid, and voice channels.
Create detailed user experience design definitions.
Design digital products using prototyping and interface design tools.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, Design Researcher, or in similar roles.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Experience analyzing and designing user interaction scenarios, especially in digital, hybrid, and voice channels, including the use of emerging technologies like AI and IoT.
Experience creating detailed user experience design definitions.
Experience designing digital products using prototyping and interface design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
Knowledge and practice related to Motion Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, and defining patterns and components for digital products.
You must reside in Peru.
An updated portfolio with evidence of UX projects is essential.
