About the Role
The role involves owning end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation support, ensuring cohesive and effective digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research to uncover customer needs and behaviors
- Develop user flows and journey maps to guide product development
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for testing and validation
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile
- Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and goals
- Work alongside engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
- Advocate for user-centered design throughout the organization
- Gather and synthesize feedback from multiple sources
- Support the creation of product documentation and specifications
- Participate in agile development cycles and team ceremonies
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices
- Balance user needs with technical and business constraints
- Identify opportunities for product improvements through data analysis
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in design or related discipline
