As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a central role in redefining how users interact with a large-scale digital platform. Your primary focus will be on envisioning and delivering a modern, intuitive user experience that breaks away from outdated interfaces and sets a new standard for usability and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design vision for a comprehensive platform transformation, aligning user needs with business goals.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, establishing consistency and efficiency across the product.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and detailed wireframes to illustrate concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Translate complex workflows and business logic into clear, user-friendly experiences.
- Ensure the new platform delivers a measurable improvement in user productivity and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience in enterprise-level product or UX design.
- Proven experience creating and managing design systems, preferably using Figma.
- Ability to simplify intricate processes into intuitive, user-centered designs.
