SecurityScorecard is hiring a Senior/Principal Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for key product domains, ensuring alignment across technical and business functions.
  • Balance immediate delivery needs with future-focused innovation when planning and launching new product features and platform enhancements.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of AI-powered agent systems that support human oversight, autonomous operations, and improved decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineering teams to establish standards for agent behavior, escalation protocols, output quality, and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Iteratively refine AI pipelines as evolving products, not one-off deployments, to ensure sustained value and adaptability.
  • Discover and implement automation opportunities within current workflows by tracing back from documented user challenges to high-impact solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers, support teams, and external collaborators to uncover needs, test concepts, and co-develop effective outcomes.
  • Coordinate with data, security, privacy, and legal experts to ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and internal governance policies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as usage, system reliability, output quality, and efficiency improvements to inform decisions and report progress.
  • Provide leadership within the product team by mentoring peers, resolving ambiguity, and promoting best practices through collaboration and example.
  • Develop and maintain shared resources, including documentation, guidelines, and frameworks that enhance cross-team understanding and scalability.
