Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams with pre-contract financial modeling, including sensitivity analysis, pricing scenarios, and revenue risk assessments.
- Oversee the pricing approval workflow in alignment with contract system protocols and business unit standards.
- Create, analyze, and distribute performance reports and trend insights tailored to supported sales teams on a timely basis.
- Use data from the contract management platform to generate standard and custom reporting as needed.
- Guide sales staff on the strategic goals and boundaries of current sales programs and policies.
- Support sales in preparing responses to RFPs and contracts, including customer materials and document coordination.
- Deliver sales and account performance reports to field teams and external clients.
- Apply contract management system features and comply with established corporate sales operations procedures.
- Supply sales leadership with actionable data to support decision-making, revenue optimization, and post-contract compliance tracking.
- Stay fully informed on contract terms to meet all obligations accurately and on schedule.
- Identify and help deploy best practices, tools, and processes to improve contract lifecycle efficiency.
- Ensure standardized execution of pricing processes to enhance support quality, effectiveness, and productivity.
