044 CenterWell Pharmacy, Inc. is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Contracting Professional to join our team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of pharmaceutical contracting and pricing, including development, implementation, and maintenance. You will be instrumental in ensuring contract compliance, identifying new opportunities through data analysis, and helping to shape our department's strategic direction.
What You'll Do
- Conduct all aspects of pharmaceutical contracting and pricing, including development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ensure contract compliance.
- Perform analysis on pharmacy claims and purchasing data to identify future contracting opportunities.
- Begin to influence the department’s strategic direction.
- Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting and pricing, including development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Intermediate to advanced skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior management.
- Able to give direction and make sound business decisions.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree.
- Pharmaceutical contracting and pricing experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Process improvement and/or methodologies experience.

- Compensation range: $78,400 - $107,800 per year.
