Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with measurable results
- Hands-on experience with Korean platforms (Naver, Kakao)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, async environment
- Native Korean speaker with professional English proficiency
- Deep understanding of the Korean digital ads landscape
Nice to Have
- Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscription businesses
- Experience managing influencer campaigns
- Familiarity with attribution tools or analytics platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4)
