About the Role
This position is responsible for building strong relationships with clients in the DC and NYC metro areas, ensuring successful implementation and sustained use of the platform. The role involves proactive outreach, identifying client needs, delivering training, and serving as a trusted advisor to promote long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Guide clients through onboarding and initial setup processes
- Deliver training sessions tailored to client needs
- Monitor client progress and engagement with the platform
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage
- Gather and share client feedback with internal teams
- Support clients in achieving their educational objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams
- Track client health and satisfaction metrics
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews
- Promote best practices in instructional design and data use
- Assist in creating client-facing resources
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Facilitate peer learning communities
- Advocate for client needs internally
- Stay current on product updates and features
- Collaborate on client retention initiatives
- Support renewal and expansion conversations
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in education or leadership
- Experience with special education programs
- Background in instructional coaching
- Knowledge of MTSS or PBIS frameworks
- Prior success in SaaS customer success roles
- Experience with data analytics tools
- Facilitation experience with adult learners
- Bilingual communication skills
- Track record of improving client outcomes
- Experience in urban school districts
