SpotOn is hiring a Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition in the restaurant sector by building relationships, understanding client challenges, and positioning services that improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage restaurant owners and operators within a designated geographic area
  • Conduct in-person meetings to assess business needs and present tailored solutions
  • Build trust with decision-makers through consistent follow-up and consultative dialogue
  • Identify pain points related to payments, software, or customer experience
  • Deliver product demonstrations customized to each establishment's workflow
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions
  • Stay informed about industry trends affecting food service businesses
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Gather customer feedback to inform internal teams
  • Represent the brand at industry events and local networking functions
  • Adapt messaging based on establishment type, size, and operational model
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and referral opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue
  • Develop territory plans to prioritize high-potential accounts
  • Address objections with data-driven responses
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct during client visits

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Work Arrangement

Field-based, travel required within assigned territory
