Careem is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will execute performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Social, Display, and Video channels. Your work will directly contribute to driving measurable growth and simplifying lives, in line with our company purpose.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across Paid Search, Social, Display Programmatic, and Video.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and creative assets.
- Monitor campaign metrics and performance through dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Insights).
- Support the Marketing Manager with daily, weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, spend, and ROI.
- Assist in A/B testing and experimentation across platforms to improve CTR, CVR, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams on budget pacing, bid strategies, and automation support.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs and internal documentation.
- Support in automating routine reporting tasks and QA processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of performance metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Comfort working with large datasets and an eagerness to learn tools like Looker, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
