Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid acquisition strategies across multiple digital platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and data analysis.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Manage and allocate budget across channels to maximize returns.
- Use analytics tools to generate insights and reporting for stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging advertising technologies.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align marketing with product goals.
- Lead testing strategies for landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Ensure compliance with digital advertising policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles.
- Strong understanding of paid search, social media advertising, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Proficiency in managing large budgets with measurable ROI.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Background in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven products is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing global campaigns across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools or platforms.
- Track record of scaling customer acquisition in competitive markets.
- Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch analysis.
