Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain high-capacity data pipelines for processing and organizing driving data.
- Create automated systems for data selection, annotation, model training, and evaluation workflows.
- Work closely with modeling teams to enhance training speed and model accuracy over time.
- Build foundational infrastructure linking real-world test outcomes to iterative model updates.
- Apply software engineering skills to enable large-scale learning from real-world driving data, enhancing safety and system performance.
- Guide less experienced engineers and help establish standards for data-driven development practices.
