About the Role

The position is responsible for leading national sales initiatives, managing regional sales teams, and executing strategies that expand market presence and improve financial performance across a network of automotive service centers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Lead and mentor regional sales leaders to improve team performance
  • Collaborate with marketing to align promotional initiatives with sales goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Establish performance metrics and track key sales indicators
  • Drive adoption of new products and services across retail locations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with regional managers
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards in all customer-facing operations
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance sales team capabilities
  • Manage budget forecasts and sales planning cycles
  • Facilitate communication between corporate leadership and field teams
  • Evaluate operational efficiency across service centers
  • Support store openings and market expansions
  • Resolve escalated customer and partner issues
  • Optimize pricing strategies based on regional performance data
  • Promote customer retention and loyalty initiatives
  • Liaise with supply chain teams to maintain inventory availability
  • Implement digital tools to improve sales tracking and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows
  • Foster relationships with key franchise partners
  • Analyze sales data to guide decision-making and forecasting
  • Lead change management during organizational transitions
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction scores
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive service trends
