Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in fielding incoming customer requests related to digital and Connected TV (CTV) campaign planning and activation
- Help prepare audience insights and data pulls from our proprietary cross-channel media planning software platform
- Assist in building campaign plans, client-facing decks, and campaign reports
- Collaborate with teammates across Customer Success, Advertising Operations, and Sales
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program — or a recent grad
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good time management — comfortable juggling multiple requests and deadlines
- Able to commit to 20–40 hours per week
Nice to Have
- Interest in politics, public affairs, advertising, media, or campaign strategy (prior experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- A problem-solver who’s eager to learn and isn’t afraid to ask questions
