Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Engineering teams to design and execute people strategies
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee relations
- Use data and insights to diagnose challenges and influence decisions
- Support and coach leaders through change and growth
- Partner with cross-functional People team partners to deliver globally consistent, locally relevant programs
- Ensure compliance with employment practices and policies
- Contribute to the evolution of People team programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people business partnering experience
- Demonstrated success supporting technical or product teams across multiple countries or regions
- Business-level fluency in English
