We're seeking a Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to support our Engineering, Product, Design, and Insights (EPD&I) organization. As a strategic advisor to global leaders, you'll help develop high-performing teams, scale robust systems, and cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, and belonging across multiple countries and time zones. About the role: - Location: Remote (Buenos Aires) - Must be willing to travel locally or internationally as needed - Full-time - Permanent - Compensation tailored to geographic labor markets with base pay ranges determined by location, experience, and skills Eligible for company-wide bonus program with target amounts based on company performance.
