Responsibilities
- Manages and executes hourly payroll processing for non-exempt employees across multiple U.S. states.
- Collaborates with external vendors to analyze and validate payroll data submissions.
- Works closely with internal departments, external business units, and third-party providers to enhance and maintain payroll system workflows.
- Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive employee personal and compensation data.
- Handles large-volume payroll files and prepares them for system upload or manual entry into SAP.
- Provides prompt responses to employee inquiries related to pay discrepancies or payroll concerns.
- Supports HR staff and employees in understanding and applying payroll and HR-related policies correctly.
