This position drives technical alignment between partners and internal teams by designing scalable integrations, supporting onboarding, and ensuring long-term partner success through hands-on engineering collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical integrations with partner platforms
- Collaborate with partner engineering teams to ensure compatibility and performance
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during integration phases
- Develop documentation and technical resources for partner use
- Lead technical onboarding sessions for new partners
- Translate partner requirements into product and engineering feedback
- Support go-to-market initiatives with technical demonstrations
- Maintain deep knowledge of the platform's APIs and architecture
- Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams
- Advocate for partner needs within the organization
- Optimize integration patterns for scalability and reliability
- Participate in defining partner technical standards
- Deliver proof-of-concept implementations
- Monitor integration health and performance
- Provide input on roadmap based on partner feedback
- Assist in resolving post-implementation technical challenges
- Ensure security and compliance in partner integrations
- Create reusable technical assets for partner enablement
- Stay current with industry trends in containerization and developer tools
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Support certification processes for partner solutions
- Engage in technical discovery workshops
- Evaluate partner technology for compatibility
- Drive best practices in API usage and integration design
- Act as a technical liaison throughout the partner lifecycle
