About the Role

Numeral is hiring a Senior Partner Manager, Accounting Channels to lead our strategic alliances with Accounting firms. This role blends relationship management, channel sales strategy, and operational rigor to increase market share and drive pipeline. As a key member of the go-to-market team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to align our product with partner needs and ensure mutual success.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a prioritization framework to deepen existing partnerships and identify new avenues for value creation.
  • Define and execute robust launch plans for new partners, establishing Numeral as their preferred partner of choice.
  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and trends, using insights to refine strategy and design compelling value propositions.
  • Create plans to drive partnership sales, set targets, and expand partner adoption amongst their clients.
  • Influence partners to prioritize Numeral in key deals and business planning efforts.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned channel sales quota by driving partner-sourced deals and incremental revenue.
  • Translate product updates into segment-specific value propositions and sales plays for partners.
  • Manage, support, and nurture a group of partners to maximize lead generation outcomes.
  • Utilize Salesforce and partner tracking tools to accurately forecast partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Track, analyze, and report partner performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Facilitate alignment and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience with a track record of building new business via Accounting firm partners.
