What You'll Do
- Independently scale Meta campaigns with a clear focus on profitable new customer acquisition.
- Analyze the entire funnel from first ad click to checkout to identify specific optimization levers.
- Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with a strong focus on long-form formats like VSLs.
- Strategically advance our creative strategy beyond static & UGC.
- Work closely with direct response copy, creative strategy, and CRO teams to test performance hypotheses quickly.
- Build and develop a structured creative testing framework.
- Drive data-driven decisions based on CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
- Conduct continuous market, competitor, and US research to identify performance trends early.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta).
- At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce (ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics).
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels.
- Ability to derive concrete hypotheses and tests from data.
- Recognition that long-form formats like VSLs are shaping the future in D2C.
- Experience in conceptualizing or strategically co-developing performance creatives.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Fluent in German & English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with long-form/VSL funnels.
- Experience with subscription models or high AOV products.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other creative tools.
- TikTok Paid experience.
