Adoreal is hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. You will be a strategic implementor who excels at managing and optimizing multiple accounts at scale, driving measurable growth across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. You will collaborate seamlessly with creative and automation teams to ensure alignment and efficiency as we continue to scale our marketing operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple partner practice accounts.
- Lead media buying initiatives that drive scalable growth while maintaining efficiency metrics.
- Establish testing frameworks and optimization protocols for continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media with broader marketing objectives.
- Standardize workflows to support efficient company growth.
- Manage monthly ad budgets across 20+ accounts simultaneously.
- Execute campaign setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization across multiple platforms.
- Conduct regular account audits and performance reviews.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies and budget allocation models.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics.
- Own the growth roadmap by leading media planning efforts.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing across ad creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Develop custom attribution models and reporting frameworks.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts or business units.
- Focus on high-budget management ($50K+/mo) and full-funnel strategy.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency and expert-level knowledge with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Advanced technical & analytics tools experience: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid abilities with conversion tracking implementation, UTM parameter management, and multi-touch attribution modeling.
- Data & Reporting: Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization), Data Studio/Looker Studio.
- Solid experience with marketing technologies: CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, landing page builders, call tracking software, ad management platforms (Optmyzr, Marin, Kenshoo), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.
Nice to Have
- Tableau or Power BI experience.
- SQL basics.
