DiDi Global is looking for a customer-centric Senior Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. Your mission is to build the best experience for couriers and drive strategic, sustainable growth. You'll work on cross-functional projects, supporting data analyses to shape business strategy by creating hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Create SQL queries to analyze business metrics.
- Conduct A/B tests on marketplace metrics and assist teams in decision-making.
- Act as a focal point for projects related to improving Product solutions.
- Align project points with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others).
- Organize project information and transparently communicate developments and results to other teams.
