About the Role
Drives product adoption and market access for oncology therapies by building relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions. Supports strategic account planning and delivers clinical messaging aligned with medical guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Engage oncologists, pulmonologists, and multidisciplinary teams in clinical discussions about lung cancer therapies
- Deliver accurate, science-based product information to support treatment decision-making
- Identify and develop key accounts within assigned territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute commercial strategies
- Monitor market trends and provide competitive intelligence
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls in alignment with compliance standards
- Support formulary submissions and reimbursement initiatives
- Attend and represent at medical conferences and advisory boards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data in non-small cell lung cancer
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with medical science liaisons for scientific exchange
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
- Develop territory business plans with measurable objectives
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product use and safety
- Facilitate patient access programs in coordination with specialty pharmacies
