BRF is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Nurse to lead the occupational health team and manage comprehensive workplace health programs. You will provide technical leadership and ensure the protection of employee health and safety across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical response and manage the occupational health team.
- Manage occupational health indicators and data.
- Lead the absence management process, analyze benefits, and monitor contestations with the legal department.
- Promote occupational health by implementing corporate guidelines and safety standards, mitigating occupational disease risks, and protecting employee integrity and work capacity.
- Conduct investigations and evaluations to identify disease and accident control variables, recommending measures to reduce risks for employees and third parties.
- Participate in projects to minimize work-related disease risks, evaluating workplace hygiene and hazardous conditions against regulatory standards.
- Act in healthcare through first aid for onsite emergencies and conduct health screenings for medical referral.
- Conduct training, lead meetings and committees, and contribute to disseminating health and safety policy to encourage a culture of safe behavior.
- Provide technical guidance to the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA) and the Emergency Brigade.
- Manage and forward medical restrictions and relocations.
- Prepare and/or review the annual PGRSS base document and train the team on its contents.
What We're Looking For
- Higher Education in Nursing.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate degree in Occupational Nursing.
- Active COREN registration.
- Experience in the SOC system.
- CNH B driver's license.
