Responsibilities

- Oversee up to 30 concurrent influencer campaigns.
- Take full responsibility for timeline management, influencer scheduling, content draft review, deliverable completion, and representing the influencer’s perspective.
- Provide high-touch client service while ensuring brand alignment in tone, voice, and strategy.
- Stay current on platform updates, emerging creator trends, and viral content.
- Negotiate rates with influencers and manage budget expectations.
- Monitor and optimize campaign spending.
- Ensure all content deliverables meet quality standards and brand objectives.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, escalating when needed and offering solutions.
- Maintain organization across multiple timelines, creators, and campaign requirements.
- Collect essential campaign inputs such as shipping details, product information, and payment data.
- Partner with Data Operations to compile post-campaign performance insights.
