Role Overview

This position leads a client-facing team dedicated to growing and managing wealth relationships within a full-service financial advisory environment. The ideal candidate will drive revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities while deepening connections with current clients. They will oversee the development and delivery of customized financial strategies that align with the unique goals of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue performance by sourcing new clients through internal referrals and external outreach
  • Expand and maintain a portfolio of client relationships, focusing on long-term retention and growth
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated wealth planning solutions across banking, investments, and trust services
  • Collaborate with specialists in credit, investments, and fiduciary services to assess client needs and recommend appropriate strategies
  • Guide clients through financial planning processes by balancing immediate objectives with long-term goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and client engagement
  • Coordinate communication among advisors and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and present alternative solutions using internal expertise and specialized resources
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward revenue targets
  • Oversee the implementation of recommended financial strategies and track outcomes
  • Lead periodic client review meetings with advisory committees to evaluate progress and adjust plans
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk controls
  • Maintain required registrations under the Federal SAFE Act and fulfill ongoing compliance obligations
  • Support a workplace culture that emphasizes inclusion, professionalism, and alignment with organizational values
  • Address internal and external audit findings promptly and effectively
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 7 years of sales experience in financial services
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 11 years of combined education and work experience, including at least 3 years focused on high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing wealth management strategies

Preferred

  • Active securities licenses
  • Professional designation such as CFP, CTFA, or CPA
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or JD

Compensation and Culture

The salary range for this role is $116,400 – $194,000 annually, with final offers based on an individual’s qualifications and experience.
