The Associate Clinical Safety Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of clinical safety processes within a global healthcare environment. This position supports the preparation and management of clinical study reports, ensuring alignment with safety monitoring and complaint reporting frameworks. Responsibilities include compiling data for regulatory submissions, generating listings for data cleaning, and maintaining accurate records in line with study timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process clinical study reports according to defined safety and complaint management protocols
- Collect and organize data needed for potential complaint assessments and regulatory filings
- Conduct data reconciliation and produce listings to support study integrity at critical milestones
- Maintain all study documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- Ensure timely filing of records in the Trial Master File and manage document workflows
- Support Clinical Event Committee activities, including pre- and post-meeting coordination
- Assist in audit readiness by verifying the completeness and accuracy of clinical files
Qualifications
Candidates must have completed secondary education and demonstrate experience in administrative or operational roles. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks and priorities are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. A university degree is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary ranges from 15,760.00 EUR to 23,640.00 EUR in Slovakia, with eligibility for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
