Position OverviewThe Neuroscience Specialist serves as a key liaison between healthcare providers and the broader support ecosystem, delivering accurate, on-label information about neuroscience therapies and helping streamline patient access. Based in the Worcester, MA area, this role operates across in-person, virtual, and digital channels to support providers in communities including Sutton and West Millbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach to healthcare professionals to discuss treatment pathways, product access, and clinical guidance within approved parameters.
- Utilize digital platforms and virtual tools to maintain consistent, compliant engagement with providers.
- Connect HCPs with appropriate internal resources, such as Customer Service Specialists, when specialized support is needed.
- Collect and share feedback from providers to improve engagement quality and inform local strategy.
- Coordinate and lead educational speaker events focused on patient outcomes and treatment experiences.
- Convene local provider groups to discuss clinical insights and regional care challenges.
- Report market observations and opportunities to leadership for strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to align outreach efforts.
- Use field insights to refine targeting and improve local engagement models.
Qualifications & Requirements
Serves as the primary contact for HCPs in assigned territories, providing reliable, compliant information grounded in approved materials. Must have demonstrated ability to interpret complex neuroscience data and communicate it effectively. Reports to the Area Business Lead and operates within a structured compliance framework when interacting with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment
This is a locally based role with a mix of in-person visits and virtual interactions. The specialist supports care delivery across Central Massachusetts, using digital communication tools to extend reach and responsiveness. Travel within the region is expected to support face-to-face engagement.
