Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and improvement of scalable sales processes, with emphasis on lead-to-close and quote-to-order workflows
- Diagnose systemic bottlenecks affecting sales execution and collaborate with regional teams to implement targeted solutions
- Translate global sales strategies into actionable regional playbooks and operating models
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment from quote to delivery
- Support the rollout of new sales tools and platforms, gathering field feedback to refine usability and adoption
