Role Overview
Deliver individual mental health services to clients through 60-minute video or in-person sessions, addressing conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and substance use. This position supports clients through a structured, clinically informed approach delivered remotely or onsite in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one clinical sessions using a secure telehealth platform or in person, based on client and operational needs
- Address a range of mental health concerns with clinical rigor and client-centered care
- Collaborate with the clinical team to refine service delivery and enhance platform features based on real-world insights
Qualifications
Candidates must hold professional credentials as a Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Counselor and be authorized to provide mental health services in the UAE. Familiarity with regional cultural and clinical contexts is an asset.
Preference is given to professionals based in Sharjah or elsewhere in the UAE, though location is not a strict barrier to application.

This is a freelance, remote-friendly role with full flexibility in setting availability. It is designed to integrate smoothly with an existing job or private practice, allowing clinicians to expand their impact without disrupting current commitments.
