Role Summary
You will be part of the Finance Systems & Transformation team, driving improvements in how financial data is managed, reported, and analyzed. Your work will center on adopting new technologies, streamlining operations, and enabling smarter decision-making through automation and intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the deployment of innovative tools and platforms within the finance function, collaborating with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Engage in transformation initiatives by aligning local and group-level requirements to deliver effective outcomes.
- Create intuitive reports and interactive dashboards that enhance visibility into financial performance.
- Examine existing workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency gains using available technology.
- Ensure reliable operation of finance systems while balancing project delivery with ongoing support needs.
Qualifications
A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is expected, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. You should have a solid grasp of accounting and financial reporting processes, as well as familiarity with finance technology such as ERP systems, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power Automate, RPA), and AI-driven solutions is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. Fluency in both Greek and English is necessary for effective communication.
Preferred Background
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion, Oracle PeopleSoft, or CXO platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the insurance sector will be considered a plus.
