Responsibilities
- Deliver system, server, and network administration assistance for operational environments.
- Support operation and maintenance of server-based platforms such as CITRIX, ESRI, McAfee, Microsoft Red Hat, and SolarWinds.
- Test, deploy, and maintain networking hardware and components to ensure optimal and secure configurations across enterprise systems.
- Manage engineering and operational tasks for live solutions supported by Cisco and SolarWinds within multi-tiered IT environments serving the Activities Information System.
- Conduct operation and maintenance activities including testing, validation, sustainment, upgrades, and decommissioning of network infrastructure such as switches, routers, firewalls, encryption systems, and copper and fiber connectivity.
