Responsibilities
- Serve as claims examiner for a top-tier Lloyds account, ensuring timely, equitable, and high-standard claims handling for clients
- Oversee municipal claims including professional liability, bodily injury, errors and omissions, and complex liability coverage assessments
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis to determine coverage in response to alleged incidents
- Handle claims administration and resolution remotely, directly coordinating with claimants or their representatives
- Manage disbursement of claim settlements through trust accounts
- Collaborate with all relevant parties to ensure client requirements are fully addressed
