ClaimsPro LP’s International Programs Group is hiring a Senior Municipal Claims Examiner to manage a portfolio of complex liability claims for a leading Lloyd’s account. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering prompt, fair, and high-quality claims service while working remotely from anywhere in Canada.
What You'll Do
- Act as an examiner for a class-leading Lloyd’s account, providing quality claims service to clients.
- Manage municipal claims consisting of professional liability, bodily injury, and E&O claims.
- Conduct detailed and thorough coverage analysis of the policy response to allegations presented.
- Handle desktop claims handling and settle claims directly with claimants or their representatives.
- Administer claims payments and settlements through trust accounts.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of casualty claims experience, including professional lines.
- A college diploma or a combination of education and equivalent business experience.
- Professional liability experience, including complex coverage analysis.
- Ontario Licensing: CIP Designation.
Nice to Have
- Experience dealing with Lloyd’s is a clear advantage.
