Yassir is hiring a Senior MLops Engineer

Yassir is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to build robust, scalable infrastructure for deploying and managing machine learning models at scale. You will ensure our data science teams can reliably develop, test, monitor, and iterate on models in production.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement the core infrastructure for machine learning model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models and data workflows.
• Develop tools and platforms to automate ML lifecycle management, from experimentation to production.
• Establish and enforce best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and governance.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to streamline the transition from research to production.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing MLOps platforms and tooling.
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for machine learning systems.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python or Go for building automation and tooling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their ML services.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for ML systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools and workflows (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
• Familiarity with feature stores, model registries, and experiment tracking tools.
• Background in data science or machine learning modeling.
