FullTeam is looking for a Senior Meta Ads Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns across a portfolio of brands. You will drive results for diverse B2B and B2C clients by applying disciplined processes and a high standard of quality.
What You'll Do
- Strategize, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for multiple brands across B2B and B2C sectors.
- Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5+ years managing Meta ad campaigns with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience managing ad budgets exceeding $50,000 USD per month.
- Extensive experience working with both B2B and B2C brands in the United States or other Western countries.
- Ability to create, implement, and follow processes to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results independently.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and Fluent, strong written and spoken English.
- Experience working with U.S.-based or Western country clients and businesses.
- Ability to work full-time in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other non-Meta platforms.
- Ability to responsibly utilize AI to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
