Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of intermediate MEP Quantity Surveyors.
- Oversee cost management and financial control for projects.
- Ensure accurate quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review tender documents and contract agreements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Participate in business development activities and proposals.
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance and financial status.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project success.

- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
