Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Conduct physical examinations and evaluate patient health.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and lab work.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records.
- Perform procedures, such as suturing, casting, and administering injections.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- Provide support and mentorship to other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and educational sessions.
- Maintain current knowledge of medical advancements and best practices in rehabilitation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising physician or healthcare team.
- Provide care to patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular issues.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as physical therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

- Provide care to patients with complex medical conditions and co-morbidities.
