The Senior Medical Administrative Secretary provides advanced administrative support to healthcare professionals, coordinating complex operational functions. This role involves comprehensive administrative responsibilities, including office management, personnel mentoring, scheduling coordination, and serving as primary communication liaison across clinical, academic, and administrative domains. Major Responsibilities: 1. Patient Management • Coordinate inpatient and outpatient visit scheduling • Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility • Process patient intake and demographic information • Escalate urgent patient care requirements 2. Communication Protocols • Manage incoming communication channels • Screen and route telephone inquiries • Facilitate patient-provider interactions • Provide professional patient guidance 3. Documentation Management • Transcribe medical documentation • Edit and proofread professional correspondence • Prepare standard communication materials • Maintain patient records according to regulatory standards 4. Administrative Support • Organize meetings and professional gatherings • Arrange travel logistics • Coordinate educational program administrative requirements 5.
