Role Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for diverse clients. This role centers on building and refining digital ad strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other key platforms to consistently achieve high return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on performance and scalability
- Write and refine persuasive ad copy that drives engagement and conversions
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to identify top-performing variations
- Monitor and interpret campaign data using analytics tools to guide optimization decisions
- Work closely with the Paid Media Manager and coordinate with design, content, web, and marketing teams to align campaign elements
Technical Environment
You’ll be working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a suite of analytics platforms to track, measure, and improve campaign outcomes.
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Latin America. The role supports a distributed team structure with flexibility built into the workflow.
