What Will You Do? - Design, implement, and optimize high-return paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and complementary digital platforms. - Craft persuasive marketing narratives that stimulate user engagement and conversions. - Execute systematic A/B testing on ad creative elements and landing page configurations to perpetually enhance performance metrics. - Monitor and interpret campaign performance utilizing advanced analytics technologies. - Engage collaboratively with Media Buying Management and interdisciplinary teams—including design, content, web, and marketing—to develop integrated, high-impact campaign strategies. Requirements: Must-haves: - 5+ years of comprehensive experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign portfolios. - Native-level English communication proficiency. - Academic credentials in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or adjacent disciplines. - Professional background within digital marketing agency environments. - Robust marketing expertise and exceptional persuasive copywriting capabilities. - Validated Google Ads and Meta Ads professional certifications. - Google Analytics professional certification. Nice-to-haves: - Supplementary platform experience including Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or alternative advertising channels. Work Timings: - Capability to provide minimum 6-hour concurrent availability during 9 am-5 pm EST operational hours (Monday - Friday).
