Becton Dickinson (BD) is hiring a Senior Master Data Deployment Analyst, Material and Finance Master Data (REMOTE)

As a Senior Master Data Deployment Analyst, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the precision and reliability of material and financial master data during our SAP implementation. This role presents an opportunity to shape global data standards, promote process optimization, and facilitate seamless implementation across diverse divisions and regions. What You Will Do - Engage with business stakeholders to outline and implement go-live strategies, including ramp-up and ramp-down activities; cultivating robust professional relationships - Validate and confirm the comprehensiveness and accuracy of material master data through comprehensive quality assessments and verification - Spearhead data cleansing, transformation, and migration processes in partnership with business subject matter experts - Execute manual data insertions and modifications as necessary to support project timelines - Facilitate testing protocols (Integration, UAT, Regression, DITL) by generating scenarios and data for successful execution - Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies identified during data loads or testing, ensuring prompt remediation - Create and maintain operational guidelines and Power BI dashboards to track data quality and load progression - Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for local data readiness personnel, advancing global master data standards What You Will Need Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, IT, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent discipline - Minimum of 2 years experience managing material master data - Functional expertise with ERP processes (ex: OTC, PTP, FTS, RTR) and their master data interconnections - Previous involvement with ERP or large-scale systems - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, particularly Excel Preferred Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP material master data; finance master data expertise - Demonstrated experience with SAP MDG and S/4HANA applications - Data experience within medical device or pharmaceutical sectors - Comprehensive understanding of master data governance principles and best practices - Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development $69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
